Case Studies

At Kingsview we are proud of our achievements, from small community based projects to extensive commercial developments.

These case studies provide recent, real world examples of how our experience and resources are used to good effect in completing projects to plan, on time and on budget.

Whether sole, principal or sub contractor on a job – we make sure that we deploy the correct amount of manpower, equipment and training for that particular project and establish clear lines of communication between all parties involved.

Clear, agreed responsibilities and realistic timescales help ensure that expectations are carefully managed, and ultimately met.

Paddington Academy, West London

Kingsview undertook the role of principal contractor for one of Gleeson Building’s flagship projects in West London. The project involved extensive excavation and levelling of the site to make construction of access roads and parking areas possible.

Clare House, Secure Mental Health Unit, Basildon, Essex

Kingsview were appointed sub-contractor for this project following an extensive interview and pre-qualification process. In a competitive bidding phase, Kingsview were identified as being best able to manage the complexity and logistical challenges to ensure the protection of residents and visitors.

Caroline Chisholm Centre for Learning, Northampton

Following subsidence to the existing service road of approximately 800 metres around the perimeter of the school, a new service road was commissioned. The project was subject to a strict deadline as the work needed to be completed before the start of the new school term.

Crossways Estate

A complex project which Kingsview Construction were uniquely able to manage, including such challenges as confined space entry, soil reinforcement and the dreaded Japanese knotweed.

Army & Navy Development

This Project is still in the initial phases of construction, and includes some uncommon problems in so far as general ground works is concerned.
