Kingsview were appointed sub-contractor for this project following an extensive interview and pre-qualification process.
In a competitive bidding phase, Kingsview were identified as being best able to manage the complexity and logistical challenges to ensure the protection of residents and visitors.
We also had the advantage of being pre-approved by Anglian Water, making adoptable drainage connections simpler and therefore cheaper.
Excellent management by the on-site team and led to the project being completed on time and within budget.
The client, St Andrews Trust, were so impressed that they have since requested that Kingsview consider future works directly with them.
