
Mr John Willsmer
Managing Director
John has over 30 years of experience within the civil engineering and construction industries. He has been heavily involved in a number of high profile projects ranging from small, sustainable developments for local communities to complex and challenging commercial developments with contract values of up to £80m.
John’s experience as a quantity surveyor, his valuable business experience and his flexible approach have enabled the company to overcome some extremely difficult challenges over the years, and he continues to contribute to the success of the company.

Mr Martin Corbett
Commercial Director
Martin joined us in 1999 as commercial director having worked for a number of main contractors and also as a senior partner in a quantity surveying business for over 20 years.
Martin has been involved in a diverse range of significant projects, from office building construction, refurbishment projects and civil engineering schemes, ranging in value from £50k to £10m.
Martin and John, our MD, have been working together for over 25 years.

Mr Christopher Hines FCCA
Financial Director
Chris has been working with us since 1999 in his role as an external financial auditor.
The board soon recognised that the business would benefit from strengthening its accounting and financial operations and Chris joined us soon after.
Chris has since improved the efficiency of the accounting and costing functions within the company and has introduced the latest software and techniques.

Mr Stuart Willsmer BSc
Construction Director
Stuart joined us as a foreman in 2001. He was appointed contracts manager in early 2003 and quickly adapted to planning and organising some of the most technically challenging projects we have undertaken.
Working closely with our health and safety manager, Stuart has helped introduce innovative training and development initiatives throughout the company.
Stuart was recently recognised for his contribution and appointed construction director.

Mr Barry Hart TechIOSH MIIRSM RMaPS
Health & Safety Manager
Barry joined us in 2005, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience from his impressive 15 year career in construction health and safety.
Since joining, Barry has been instrumental in achieving our successful accreditation under the CHAS contractor’s pre-qualification scheme.
Barry has also secured us the highly coveted accolade of Approved Training Provider for the CITB Site Safety Plus Scheme.

Mr Graham Eiles
Senior Quantity Surveyor
Graham has worked for us since early 2007.
He complements the team with his extensive knowledge and experience of the industry and has helped to refresh our existing supplier and sub-contractor base.
Graham has already put his considerable negotiation skills to good use, and has been instrumental in recent awards for a number of key contracts.

Mr Aaron Ledger
Contracts Manager
Aaron joined us in 1998 after two years as a quantity surveyor.
Progressing from ground worker to foreman, and finally to contracts manager in 2006. He has since continued to develop his management skills and increase his responsibility.
Aaron continually strives to improve the performance, efficiency and safety of those within his charge, and has achieved the 5-day site managers safety training scheme accreditation.
